Terms of service
Draft for legal review — not finalized legal advice. Have qualified counsel review before launch.
The service
DigiClinic provides clinic-management software on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Free trial & billing
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before day 14 and you will not be billed. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually as selected) until cancelled. Annual plans are billed up front.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for obtaining any necessary patient consents, for keeping your credentials secure, and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to store data you are not entitled to process.
Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. For clinics, a data-processing agreement governs patient data.
Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided per your plan.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
